8-11 Oct 2026 - Lancaster Music Festival have announced the dates for their next event.

We’ve been watching this space for quite a few weeks as we love heading down to the beach and taking a stroll. The opportunity presented itself with a free morning and lovely sunny weather so no questions were asked and it was a trip down to check it out. The cafe has been empty for a while but recently given a superb refreshing make over by Beach. These guys know coffee and they know what’s cool. They also know how to create a welcoming community vibe. Bottom line, there are a lot of nice coffee shops but not many with the view, the vibe, the quality and the community. A must visit!

📸 Photographer of the Year - 16 Year Old Polly Bradbury from Lancaster wins an award for probably the cutest photo of a hedgehog ever! This is quite incredible as the award was for snapping with a mobile phone! Well done Polly! View now.
